Run Club + $159 • 2 visits per Week for 8 weeks • If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don’t know how to get started, this program is for you

• Designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles).
• Learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.
• Classes meet for 8 weeks and will finish with a real race!

New Year, Renew You - 4 Classes Per Month $35 every month • 4 visits per Month • We hear you, Mama! We want to help you reach your self care goals and RENEW yourself in 2024. We want to help you build your village and we can give you what the gyms can't - friendship, support, understanding and you can bring your little ones!

New Year, Renew You - Unlimited $50 every month • Unlimited visits • We hear you, Mama! We want to help you reach your self care goals and RENEW yourself in 2024. We want to help you build your village and we can give you what the gyms can't - friendship, support, understanding and you can bring your little ones!

DIY Run Club $59 • 1 visit per Week for 8 weeks • Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program. We provide an in-person opportunity to create your training plan and make your goal for the end of the 8 weeks. With this plan you get the guide and training plan but do the running on your own. Our run club coach is always available if you have any questions.

Fit4Baby - Prenatal Fitness $199 • 2 visits per Week for 6 weeks • FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, flexibility training, labor positions preparation and transitioning and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
