DIY Run Club

Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program. We provide an in-person opportunity to create your training plan and make your goal for the end of the 8 weeks. With this plan you get the guide and training plan but do the running on your own. Our run club coach is always available if you have any questions.
